Product size not as described
I bought this product to add finishing touch to a small wall I had built. The product length was stated as 610mm, however, disappointingly, it only measured 595mm. This resulted in having a much wider morter course than I had intended, a case of shrinkflation I guess! On the positive side, the surface finish and colour were excellent.

Good product and keenly priced. Very slight differences in thickness which can easily adjusted with mortar when laid. Superb Internet system of order and collect next day. Ordered at 3pm and all stacked neatly on trolley by Noon following day with report by text that item was ready for pick up.

ordered through local branch and delivered within 2 days from manufacturers. good value for money - much cheaper than equivalent from local builders merchants BUT - inconsistent depths meant that each one needed matching to be sure they lay level
