This ready to use Sikagard facade from Sika is a water based impregnation emulsion. Sikagard Facade makes walls and facades water repellent and provides long lasting protection against water ingress. It is vapour permeable and allows the substrate to breathe.

I bought this product due to damp coming through our brick wall, sprayed on and covered the side of our bungalow and when it rains you can see it beading down the wall. Very happy with product.

This product is truly amazing
I bought this as I had water getting in around my front step. After painting this on I haven’t had any more problems. Easy to use and no smell. I would definitely recommend. A great price too.

Great product
I was getting mould inside my house quite bad and after trying other things decided that my outside brickwork was old and pourous I used this product 2 years ago. One 5 litre covered my whole exterior full house and I've never had mould since

Leave well alone.
I bought this to waterproof the red brick work of my house and I'm now left with horrible white marks that I can't get off. Maybe the instructions should be more clearer and in very large print!

Beware this product may stain
Would give no stars but not an option. Left the front of my red brick house stained white. To be fair it does suggest doing a patch test but it should say in very large letters YOU MUST DO A PATCH TEST AS MAY STAIN

Leaked after 1st storm
I sprayed this onto an outside wall. The dashing was thinning so i presume water was being absorbed and leaking over my patio door. The first big rain storm and it leaked worse than ever.

Not quite sure what to make of this
Clearly says on the front that it is suitable for concrete, yet on the back in small wording it says this product cannot be used on concrete. Well, which is it? I bought it to use on concrete.....
