Comfortable
Great pillows,my neck n shoulder benefits from these. Would have liked them to be more firmer,but gone down to 1 pillow

Very disappointed
Pillows very thin and would be classed as soft not medium and definitely not firm. Very disappointing, not using and feel I have been misinformed.

Comfortable and soft
I have used these pillows for about a months now and they are very good. They are quite large so good luck trying to fit it in your washing machine with a small drum! Other than that, they have been fantastic. They have not lost shape as of yet. They are firm pillows providing good support, but at the same time, there is a softness to it that prevents you getting neck pain.

Meh.
The pillows are thin and there is something hard in them to give the “firmness”. At first I thought it was a piece of cardboard but it feels like a thing plastic cutting board like thing. Very underwhelmed.

I’ve been looking for some comfy pillows that support your neck for a while now,ordered these without much hope,to be honest,well what a surprise they were! The best pillows my husband and I have had,ever! Highly recommend

Rubbish
Nothing firm about these description written by someone with no understanding of English language,if you want soft pillows then these re for you but firm lave well alone.Fillinf appears to be pieces of fabric they do not appear to be made by Silentnight but a third party if I had known before purchase would not have purchased.
