Plugs are cheaply made & strip threads easily
The only reason I bought this was the plugs are not sold separately & I had to buy the whole kit & caboodle

Absolute rubbish
What a joke! Supplying this with the bathroom basin and unit. Well over complicating a simple single unit with connections for both washing machine and a dish washer but only supplying 1 blank cap with it. I didn't realise washing machines and dishwashers go in bathrooms now. It takes up so much space in a 600 wide basin unit.

Ill conceived rubbish….
Two uitility ports and only one blanking plug?? Really?? You include these with your bathroom basin sets B&Q! Know a lot of people with dishwashers & washing machines in the bathroom? If you follow the instructions uncritically for this you’ll end up with a pool of water on your floor or worse. It’s a pain to find a low profile wastes and traps that work with some of your basins. If you supply, at least supply fittings that work!!

Rubbish
The basins you sell should have the overflow built in like most, rather than having to pipe up this junk you sell.

Poor quality fittings. Very cheap
Not the best product. Would be better if the basins were cast with an integrated waste rather than having to pipe it up. Limited choice for client who wanted black pop up waste to match taps etc. Nowhere near mcalpine quality

Absolute sack of rubbish.
This is the worst product I've ever had to try to fit in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would, Terrible quality, leaks everywhere and unsuspected customers buy this stuff trying to get us professionals to fit it. STOP selling junk to your customers PLEASE.
