Not ideal sadly
I purchased product x2 off b/q no kits available for slate I finally got two kits from yard supply's from abroad now professionally fitted with skate kit there sealed all around no leaks from flashing missing however seapage off water gets through bottom off the window am baffled as a roofer over 3o years experience how it's getting in other than poor design Am trying too find any answers or people who have same issue or if the closure can be tightened However it seems too be fully compressed tight still seaping in wish I didn't by should got a velux

I’ve used velux windows for years found loft conversion’s. And I say this product is just as good as. A velux and half the price

No flashing to be bought AVOID
Can’t get flashing kit ended up returning, went and bought a velux window and slate flashing. Not sure how you can sell half a product.

Fab windows
Looks great, really easy to install the pictures are clear to follow although it would be better if had written description

Window is loose and won't stay open
When the window was installed it would stay open at any angle. Now it just falls shut under its own gravity and I can't find any instructions for tightening the hinges or springs.

Handle wont turn
Baught 2 of these and both windows close but can't turn handles to lock .. checked video n followed it step by step still no good

Product seems great but…
Just fitted this window as a novice roof window fitter and the installation were very poor. Make sure you google the instructions and watch the video which makes it all make sense
