DONT BUY!
Use for 2 weeks and as all reviews stated the key cylinder stopped working and would not allow me to unlock had to get a family member to drive 150miles to angle grinder it off my motorbike after using it as a little bit of added security whilst at work. How B&Q still sell this when so many have the same issue is beyond me will be heading back to the shop for refund and reimbursement of fuel fees.

Do not buy this product
As noted in a few reviews the lock breaks after a few weeks and cannot be opened with the keys. My local store were helpful enough and sent someone out with bolt cutters but didn’t work, and I had to pay for a lock smith to come out for which the store reimbursed me, shocking that this product is even been sold!

Great until it jammed
Lasted a couple years then jammed shut. Was using to keep my carport gates secured so cars were then stuck inside. Has to use a hand grinder to get it off!

Awful.. Do not buy
I have had this lock about 3 weeks and used it about 8 times. Wasnt able to unlock it after work one day so couldnt get home. Not i have no bike and no idea how i am going to get it unlocked having tried several times on various days. Livid. It isnt expensive but its the first lock i ever bought so didnt know what was cheap and what wasnt.

Do not buy! Lock gets stuck
I find it scandalous that B&Q are still selling this item to unsuspecting customers. I bought this lock in good faith. It has since new been a little difficult to unlock, taking a few turns with the key. As of today it will not unlock at all. I have just looked the product up on this website and seen this awful reviews. Do not buy and B&Q take this product down.

Barrel gets stuck!!!
As per some of the other reviews here, I used this to lock my side gate. Its lasted 2 months and now the barrel is stuck. Key turns half way but no more. AVOID!

Je viens d'acheter cet antivol pour mon vélo des la 2 émeutes utilisation il est rest bloqué.... Impossible de l'ouvrir. Heureusement il se trouvait attaché à la selle. J'ai pu le retirer avec une dis queues...... Je déconseille fortement ce modèle d'anti vol.

Very poor
One star is too high score; Used it for a week then we couldn’t unlock it, barrels won’t align I cannot turn them round. I can’t take it back to the store as it’s locked to railings!! Very poor B&Q
