Rubbish! Do not buy!
DON’T buy. I bought in store so didn’t read any reviews. They speak for themselves. Used lock twice and on 2nd use I struggled to unlock but managed eventually. On 3rd use the lock would not open at all. Key was turning ok but lock was jammed inside somewhere. Tried all the troubleshooting tips, to no avail. Had to have someone hacksaw it off!!! Waste of money. Awful lock

So far it has not yet jammed. From the sounds of the other reviews though, it is going to happen. Not sure if I should keep using it. Should have read the reviews before I bought it. :(

Use everyday works well
I’ve been using this lock now for over 3 months for work every day and I’ve had no problem with it. Easy to lock and unlock my bike.

Works for a while then jams
I made the mistake of getting 2 of these and both have jammed locking the bike to the railings. Not worth the hassle

DON’T BUY
I used this lock twice and the lock broke while my bike was locked at a train station. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Very disappointed B&Q are still selling this item as it seems everyone has the same issue. Don’t know how I’ll get my bike free.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix
J'ai acheté cet antivol, en ce qui concerne la serrure il faut bien enfoncer la clé bien droite de façon a ne plus voir qu'environ 4 mm de sa partie métallique si on la fait tourner avant de l'avoir enfoncée à fond ça peut bloquer et l'on peut se prendre la tête si l'on insiste dans cette position, il suffit alors de la retirer pour la remettre correctement et la serrure de l'antivol fonctionne parfaitement. Cet antivol est robuste et offre un super rapport qualité/prix.

Awful - Waste of Money
I bought this for my son to lock his bike and it locked his bike alright and now he can't open it. This was his first time to use it, tried both keys and neither will work. Now I will have to buy something to cut it off, what an absolute waste of money

DO NOT BUY!
We bought one and it worked for a few weeks and than wouldn’t unlock anymore. Figured it was one in a thousand and we just got unlucky... Went to buy a new one and stopped unlocking after a couple of days! Unacceptable that B&Q keeps selling this rubbish!
