bulk is meant to be cheaper
people will usually need quite a few lengths, so buying packs of 10 rather than packs of 5 seems better and you'd automatically think its slightly cheaper but 1 pack of 10 costs more than 2 packs of 5 of the exact same product. it is only 9p but still...
