Fix ALL Flexi is a multi-use sealant, adhesive & filler with high flexibility and excellent sealing characteristics. Suitable for internal and external applications, in all weather conditions.

- 15 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperaturesbetween +5°C and +25°C.
- Instructions for use: Application method: With manual- or pneumatic caulking gun. Cleaning: Clean with Soudal Surface Cleaner or with Soudal Swipex, immediately after use. Finishing: With a soapy solution or Soudal Finishing Solution before skinning. Repair: With the same material.

price and the selection , of goods is exellent, also lots of help if needed

Too sticky and not sandable.
It fills the gap BUT it is not sandable: it is too sticky. So the key is make the surface smooth and eliminate the need to sand down.

Good exterior seal between render and weatherboard
Easy to apply if you've used decorators caulking. Took a long time to dry but very flexible and can be painted over
