Great product
I bought the wardrobe rails and supports last month and they do a great job, were easy to install and look terrific ! Only down side to all the ordering and receiving of the goods was the three week wait, a bit much considering they were only coming from down south and not the other side of the world !

Good product
Great idea, enables you to design and build your storage to suit your exact requirements. Made my own shelves, could not see the sense in being ready made ones and cutting them to suit when cheaper to do your own.

What a great idea
I bought this a month ago quick delivery with full instructions enclosed. This is very easy to fit and has created more space in our wardrobes.

Good quality
This is a good quality product and worth the money. However, the installation instructions just consist of a few pictures! There are no actual written instructions or installation tips. I had to fix wooden struts across the joists from inside my loft in order to screw the fixing cap to the ceiling. If you don't do that, the stanchion will penetrate the plasterboard ceiling when you locate it to the fixing cap and tighten the adjusting thread at each end. Fixing to the floor is OK. Again, there is a circular fixing cap, which you can screw in on top of the carpet. Fix the ceiling point first, and then use a level to find the floor point, making sure that the mid point of the stanchion is 250mm from the wall.
