Cheap and not worth your money.
After spending quite a bit of money on a whole wardrobe design i regret buying it as it’s cheap and not very robust. The drawer set came with missing parts and once i was sent out a new one it broke once i was putting it all together. Not impressed. Absolute garbage and waste of money.

Poor quality
Having installed the product it worked okay for a period, However the supporting brackets that allow the draw unit to float within the rails snapped meaning that it was no longer useable. Having visit B & Q to obtain the necessary new brackets I was advised that they do not stock them. Having made contact with the supplier (Both myself and B & Q) the supplier has advised they can not/Will not supply the new part. Its important to note that the unit was not over loaded and had only a few shorts and T shirts in it. Extremely poor product and even worse customer service/ support. Situation is made worse with only a 12 month warranty. Avoid This product as I now have a unit that is no longer useable.

Good product but poor manufacturer
Used the Spacepro Relax system for an awkward sized space in the bedroom. Overall a great product and easy if fiddly to install. But the drawers came with dameged runners which had to be replaced and incorrect one drawer front which I am still waiting for. Customer service very good and efficient and have promised to send replacement.

Not bad.....
I brought this item along with shoe racks, more of these drawer sets and different size shelves to make up a walk-in wardrobe. I don't mind doing a bi of DIY, but I would say make sure you install every item you buy in this system EXACTLY to the plans, as there is very little room for mistake.....everything requires perfect fit! If you want to stack multiple drawers, then prepare to get creative, as the plans and the company make out that it can't be done. Overall, it isn't a bad system and I was quite impressed how solid it was once fitted. The finish is also very good! Take your time with installation and pre-drill pilot holes for any screws you put in and you will be OK.

No Height Dimensions Given. This makes it very difficult to design. Also in the winters "Bedroom and Furniture " Booklet No information on height!!.

Relax - What a fabulous system!!
This is a GREAT modular system that you can tailor to your available space and needs. We have been looking for a system like this for a while - this is a market leader in my opinion. Very cleverly designed and easy to install (we are not overly experienced with DIY), stanchions and hanger rails really easy to cut to size. GOOD value for money. Has transformed our wardrobe area - we now have shelves, lots of hanging space and 3 drawer boxes. Installation - took all of a Saturday to build - and was definitely worth the effort. Overall - really pleased with the results. (Just need some elegant sliding doors to compliment the beautiful interior now!)
