Blade holder turns during cutting
Even with the handle screwed up tight the blade holder turns during cutting which makes it difficult to use. After one use I’m looking for a replacement.

this tool has been missing from my box for some ti
a job has come up and I needed the fat max for it it is a tool that has been missing from my box for some years and now the time has come when I need it,is a wonderful tool and hope to use it often.

not practical
one side is not staying put so it is very hard to use it as it keep turning around! this product needs improvement, avoid!

Stanley FatMax Steel Saw
Stanley coping saw is brilliant value, for the money. Have owned coping saws many times more expensive than this one but will now be using this model. Solid construction and easy blade change. Handle has good grip even when wet. Must have for any diy enthusiast

Worked but retaining screw sheered
Worked fine but when I adjusted the blade to 90' as I tightened the handle and internal screw sheered. I didn't over tighten so one star and will be buying something different next time.

amazed by the quality
this is the perfect tool if you don't want to spend much money, I bought it a month ago and have given it a really hard use and it is still doing the job, I really recommend it.
