This paving sand from Tarmac is specially formulated to prevent weed growth in the joints between paving slabs & blocks. It is suitable for use with any paving project and is an organic method of inhibiting unwanted weed growth.

Resanding the drive
The product is simple to apply and works well. Only time will tell with regards to its weed impact. Recommended

Non DIY er doing his driveway
I am not the best DIYer after I jetwashed my drive which is a 3 car driveway. I got rid of all the old sand and was told about Weed free paving sand, I used 3 bags it went into the grooves realy easy but I did leave a section where the sand was nt brushed away properly and it dried hard on the bricks but after a couple of doewnpours it has nearly all gone. I would recomend this product

Weed free we’ll see.
We only purchased this product about 3 weeks ago. Only time will tell if it’s effective in suppressing the weeds. Make sure the bags are not punctured when you collect them. One of our bags must have had a hole as the sand was wet so was difficult to apply.
