Awful post box
We purchased this 6 months ago, within 3 months the locks gone, the platters get wet and it’s absolutely useless. Key has now snapped so you can’t access the letter unless you can grab the letters from the top with a utensil lol - waste of money don’t buy

The product is not value for money.
I bougth this product last month, but I don't think it is value for money. When it is locked, you can still put your hand in from the top and take the letters out.

This product is ideal
We bought this post box basically to make life easier for the post person. It’s sturdy, easy to fix to the wall and weatherproof.

Lovely looking box with flap, moist letters
Love this and love B&Q but we end up peeling apart our letters because they get damp Apart from being moist there is a decent sized slot with flap which can accept a small package. Has also had the postmans finger on occasion. Sometimes if you loose the key you can get your whole hand in there

brought this post box last week. looks good. BUT LETS WATER IN AND POST IS ALWAYS WET !!! please pray for me for dry weather. recommend dont buy.

I bought this product and the mail got wet.I exchanged it the mail got wet,I took it back for a full refund this is the best move I made.Poor quality joints on the top

Full of rain!
Looks great but would only be useful if you live in a desert. As soon as it rains it fills with water and your post is destroyed. Ok if they are bills, less ok if they are Cheques.

Not fit for purpose!!!! Very disappointing!
It looks lovely but unfortunately it is not fit for the purpose! I had this fitted on my outside wall by a builder as it saved the postman opening my gates (I have dogs) so easier all round. Unfortunately the letterbox lets water in and its actually easier to lift the flap and get the mail (not secure at all) rather than fiddling with the keys, which also were not a good fit! A total waste of money. I now need get the builder to take it off the wall and buy another one to replace it.....
