Great cable
Bought this last month. Didn't notice it was 4 core but it had a small cross section so it didn't matter. It was flexible enough to easy go around a corner.

Rerun lighting cable.
Cable was used to wire up a 2 way hall light. It has a rating that is more than sufficient for the job. I would normally use standard 1.5mm flat 3+E, but this could not be pulled through the existing conduit.
