ideal
a good length for making extension leads and far better than measuring your own length off a reel

It does its job
Bought this to install few ceiling lights. It does its job as expected.

Too long!
This is, according to its own label, the cable able to handle immersion heaters. Many connections in airing cupboards &c. require less than 1 metre. What do we do with the other 4+ metres? (NB: 1 metre length not available, as far as I know)./

Check the labelling carefully
I didn't intend to buy HR cable, just flexible. Unlike the more costly butyl, this is not particularly flexible. In summary, if it is maximum flexibility you need, then stick to butyl but if flexibility is not important, this HR cable will perform excellently.
