More than just a ridge tile
I bought one ridge tile as an experiment. My disabled sister has a powered (and powerful) wheelchair but narrow doorways - the result is chewed and chippeddoor archtrave scarred by collissions with the strong wheelchair frame and footrests. We had tried rubber mats but the wheelchair was too strong, tearing through the rubber in a fwe weeks. The ridge tile , screwed to the door frame, took hard knocks very well, protecting the wood and only showing minor scuff marks from repeatted collissions. Looks like a permanent solution.

MOINS BON QUE LES TUILES
En finition de ma pose de tuiles Tuilix il me faut mettre une rive sur la face et les 2 cotés de ma toiture à 1 pan. Les rives sont très fragiles au niveau du pliage (angle) elle font office de faîtière également. Dans le stock au magasin, bon nombre de pièces cassées donc à manipuler avec précaution, surtout s'il y a une coupe à faire car on risque de faire du dégât. Quand on voit le prix d'une pièce ( je trouve excessif) faut être cool, bien outillé.
