Delighted with look and feel of product.
We purchased this last minute, as we needed a unit to complete a project to surprise our daughter (decorating her room whilst she was on a school trip). It wasn't our first choice, but we were running out of time. It didn't take too long to put together, and the link to the online video that came with the instructions were incredibly helpful. (I sincerely hope more flat pack companies do this!) We intended to replace this with something more substantial and solid when we had more time but once built we were so delighted with the way it looked, it's staying! The final product looked impressive in situ and our daughter was over the moon. It looks stylish, sleek and smart. Overall, very impressed and a fair price for the product.

Returned due to instructions
I read the reviews prior and thought hmm how bad can the instructions actually be. I got to step 2 which is the arranging of the drawers and runners and couldn't for the life of me figure out the diagrams, didn't want to waste my time and effort building it in a mish mash. I'm sure the people who managed to assemble have probably got experience putting together drawers etc.

Gloss desk
What an absolute shambles, They must have took the assembly instruction to a year 3 class and asked them to draw up the instructions and label the parts! Nothing is in sequence on the instructions and not everything is labelled as it should be. The procurement manager should sit down and review the instructions for themselves and see what hardship it brings upon the average person. Allow yourself plenty of time and try and work out a logically sequence of how the parts might slot together and what actually will secure said piece. Some of the securing screws are not of the better quality, but overall it appears to be a ok desk. 🤔

Poor product
Terrible. Poor instructions. Poor build quality for the money. It's that bad i'm taking the product back.

Nice desk, poor instructions!
The desk itself is good quality, however mine came with a bit of damage to the desk top, found this after taking out the box for assembly. 2 nice size drawers. Sturdy frame. Instructions were very poor! Took me a while to understand the pictures, some writing with main points would have been good. Extra screws were handy too.

Bought this to use as a dressing table , looks more expensive than the price I paid , just needed to read the instructions in depth and had no problems putting it together, great item.

Quality product
Bought this desk after searching many other similar ones from other companies. Wasn't disappointed at all. The price was attractive compared to others. The availability in a nearby store made click and collect easy. Building the desk was very straight forward and all pieces went together well. This desk fits perfectly in the space I had and looks lovely. Would recommend
