Does the job
Bought this product to do my bathroom project, absolutely brilliant did have any problems applying it to the wall's as it went on smoothly and grouted perfectly had to buy a second tub ,it said 15sqr meters, maybe I used more but would recommend highly for any tiling work.

Easy to apply be it as adhesive of grout and leaves a great finish too.

Used to grout
Only used for grout purposes .. clean and easy to use but I probably would not use for adhesive

Pretty useless
Had my doubts when applying it as it feels more like a soft, airy mousse than a substantial adhesive. On checking the next day, some of the tiles were actually hanging off. Not sure why it's called 'Ultra Force'. They're only small light porcelain mosaic tiles, so not as if under a great weight.

Literally takes weeks to dry
It says 72 hours minimum, but after having the tiles down for 3 weeks, it's still as soft as the day it was laid. Absolute nightmare, simply not fit for purpose. Had to start again from scratch.

No good for large tiles
Bought this thinking it would be perfect with a name like unibond behind it but was absolutely awful. It does state that larger tiles take up to 72 hours to dry but after 4 days they still slipped off when spacers were removed. Might be ok for small wall tiles but anything bigger forget it. Had to go and buy an alternative which did the job no problem. Haven’t even tried it as a grout as texture is not good. There is no substitute for the stuff you mix up yourself. Much better than ready mixed dual purpose. It’s not good at either
