Waste of money
Waste of money. Doesn’t work at all! Just get a hammer and a flat head screw driver to create a new ridge t get the screw out!!!

Disappointed
Bought this set to remove a small broken bolt. Despite taking great care drilling and gently inserting and turning the extractor it broke almost immediately.

Do not waste money
Do not waste your money. Followed all instructions but would not bite, much better buying a pair of self locking pliers and using these, which I had to resort to. Metal is so weak on extractors that it just wears away.

Not good
Used once but the mild steel bolt I was extracting was too much for the extractor and it snapped. An awful product.

Works with patience and care
Had to remove 24 painted over Victorian hinge screws. Wouldn't budge so bought these. Mixed success but ultimately it worked for most of the screws; think key is to not rush and ensure you drill an accurate whole in middle of screw head first (start with a guide whole made using a hammer n nail). Not good with very old screws where the cut in the screwhead is off centre (which some of my screws were!). Shame no box or pouch as these are now loose in my toolbox.

Can't get it to work!
Despite following instructions / youtube videos etc I've had absolutely no success removing bolts from my van with this.
