A few holes and it breaks.
This bit didn’t have a difficult job to do. Drill holes in wall tiles. First hole went like a dream, second hole a bit slower. Each use, the bit was cooled in water every twenty seconds or so. Third hole is was obvious it was getting blunt and halfway through the fourth, the little heart shaped tip fell out! What a waste of money.

Waste of money
I purchased today, special trip 8 miles to collect. Only managed to cut tiny amount of ceramic tile despite using slow speed and water. Should be able to rate at NO STARS I wish I had read reviews before buying. DO NOT BUY B&Q - you should not sell this product

Absolute garbage
I bought 1 of these - to drill ceramic tiles in the bathroom, got to 2nd hole and the tip shattered and ended up having to fish the bits out with tweezers, went and bought a second and on the 1st hole, again the tip shattered, just a complete waste of money

This tile drill bit sucks
Very low quality with high price tag. This tile drill bit did not last a minute against my bathroom tile. I couldn’t not believe it store like B&Q sells these kind of rubbish quality product.

Rubbish
I bought this yesterday and could not cut through tile and ended up with the tip coming off. Will be taking it back for refund. Do not waste money on this!

Bought two Universal Tile & glass drill bit (Dia)5mm (L)70mm to install a bathroom mirror. It needed four holes drilling through ceramic tiles. These two could not manage one between them. They are rubbish. Do not waste your money

Don't forget the water!
I needed to drill 4 holes through some particularly stubborn, thick porcelain tiles so got two of these bits, as they're cheap enough. The first one gave out just towards the end of the first hole and I was pretty miffed about the prospect of going back to buy even more of them. Then I thought "maybe splashing water on it every now and then isn't enough..." so I built a little moat out of blue tack around each of the marks for the holes and filled them with water. I managed the three other holes no problem at all. If the head of the bit is constantly submerged in a little water, it works great.
