Excellent produit

Foret efficace sur les pavés que j'ai eu à percer. Ne pas oublier de le mouiller pendant le travail.

Broke after one hole

Drilled a single hole in a tile and it’s smooth and unable to do another utter junk not fit for purpose

Does the job but extra knowledge required

Bought this to make two holes in heavy porcelain floor tiles, for radiator pipes. I made a guide by drilling a similar sized hole through a block of wood and clamping the wood and tile together. I also had my wife pour a steady slow stream of water over as I drilled it. The result - two very neat holes and plenty of life left in the tool for another day. However - there are no instructions supplied with this. If I hadn’t known to make a guide and provide cooling - it could have been very different.

Limited use

Got the 10mm version which doesn't seem to be listed anymore. Used with water lubricant and it did 10 holes in 20mm ceramic tiles before it got too blunt to make any progress. You need a drill guide ( a block with the correct sized hole) to stop it wandering when you start the hole. The Erbauer version also from B&Q was much more sucessful and cut faster.

Shocking quality

One test hole on a standard porcelain tile and it was useless. All of the abrasive had disappeared and I was left with a very hot steel tube.... good for nothing. If I could give 0 stars I would!
