Useless
Bought to prime stained upvc, all advice says use a primer. It's like water and even when lightly sanded will not stick or spread evenly. Totally pointless, doesn't do a single thing it says on the tin.

Waste of money.
Just taken a break from wiping this stuff off the tiles to write this review. Don't buy. It's a waste of money. The image on the tin of the paint brush and tiles, jeez, blatant lie. Flour and water would work better.

Excellent when painting tiles
I bought this to repaint the tiles in my kitchen splashback. Worked a treat, I used a mixed satinwood as the top coat!

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Used this product. Caused huge issues with a newly plastered ceiling. Paint would not adhere. Spent weeks having to sand ceiling and fill. Got an email basically saying I'd prepped incorrectly despite never having this issue before in my life without their product and I've done many ceilings. Offered a refund for product only when tried to reach amicable agreement. Awful do not use Valspar.

Good product
I was nervous about buying this after reading some of the reviews, I've a walnut melamine bed and mirror and wanted to change to white. I washed every thing in sugar soap dried rinsed gave it a very good sanding rinsed and air dried. I stired the primer really well, it is consistently of eggshell paint gave it one thick even coat using a brush waited 4hrs gave it a second thick coat using a roller and it turned out fine. I see some reviews say they sanded between coats, no where on the tin does it say you have to sand between coats, I finished with 2 coats of eggshell and my bed been fine one month so far no chips or nothing

Tinted water .Zero stars if I could
This stuff is about as useful as a bag of melted white crayons. Terrible coverage even after extremely heavy sanding before and between coats. Complete degreasing and washing too. I have used 5 heavy roller coats and one heavy brush coat and its still patched and faded. So much for primer and undercoat. If you plan to use this product make sure to stop off for some Paracetemol as you will be needing alot of it with the headache trying to make this work

Careful if you apply this to "difficult surface"
We bought this to repaint cupboard laminate surface and it doesn't work. When applying topcoat, this primer would be dissolved and peels off and we ended up removing it from all cupboards with wet cloth. It works fine on wood though. If you are really painting over difficult surface like laminate/melamine, go get Zinsser.

Very poor coverage
Very misleading disscription , the paint is like painting with water colours so thin ! The photo on the label of it covering dark tiles with ease is a complete nonsense as the paint is not thick like in photo, It's extremely thin with the consistency of water. Tried 3 coats on pine but didn't cover so had refund .
