This formulation has been designed for faster results and a flawless finish. Express Coat by Valspar® is a water-based formula meaning it’s both easy to use and to clean up, so you can spend more time enjoying your transformation.
- Guarantee - Statutory
- Surface Preparation - The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Glossy surfaces should be deglossed before painting. Repair all damaged areas and remove old, loose or flaky paint. New, fresh plaster must be sealed with this product or Valspar® Interior Primer & Undercoat prior to painting.

Bought this tub of Matt finish magnolia, can’t complain about price or the ease of use Went on well and dried very quickly, thought I would need a second coat but was not needed saving time

Terrible worst paint I’ve worked with needs 5 coats to cover a plain white wall pay an extra tenner to get something that you can work with

Absolutely awful...do not buy this paint. It is like painting with jelly and does not provide an even coverage. Terrible. Just avoid
