Valspar® Trade Vinyl Matt Walls & Ceilings is a professional, high opacity emulsion. It's washable, providing long-term performance and colours that stay true for years. This water-based formula is quick drying and low splatter, making it both easy to use and to clean up afterwards. It can also be applied in temperatures as low as 2°C, for year-round protection.

Guarantee - Statutory
Surface Preparation - New plaster and other bare, absorbent surfaces must be sealed prior to painting. Remove old, loose or flaky paint and repair all damaged areas before painting. The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Glossy surfaces should be deglossed before painting.
