sticky plug
fitted out bathroom with valleka sink and cupoard - a year ago no probs apart from the waste water push dow n plug - which sticks down - this due to the mechanism not the plug be aware - generally happy

Handles are poor quality!
Bought this unit to install in our newly renovated family bathroom. But the aluminium alloy handles chrome finish blistered and peeled after 6 months!

Good quality item
Unit was well boxed and protected in the box. Each panel was well protected with film. Every screw was there and nothing missing. What surprised me the most with this flatpack was every hole was perfect and no pre drilled holes were out. Took about an hour to make going at a steady speed. Instruction book was also easy to follow. Cannot fault the item in anyway. Full marks to the company that made and packed this unit, clearly a great deal of thought and care put into the whole process.

Just what I wanted at a great price too!
Following burst pipes before Xmas 22 whilst away on holiday, our bathroom and hall were ruined in our bungalow. Got everything needed at B & Q and it was on offer - bonus

Handles blistering after a few months
Really liked this cabinet when we first had it, but from about 6 months the the handles started to peel and blister, and now they look terrible. So I will now need to look for some replacement.

Basin great unit terrible
Bought this to replace old basin and pedestal. Instructions were a bit lacking but wemanaged to get it together okay. However, when plumber came to fit it and placed the basin onto unit you realised just how out of true the cabinet was. It was nothing to do with how cabinet was made up by us but the fact that the pre-drilled holes were slightly out of line, fixings weren't all at the same angle etc. Plumber spent ages trying to correct it all but in the end it had to be the best we could make it. Yes we could have returned it but plumbers aren't so flexible and work to timelines that don't involve hanging round whilst we make trips to B&Q to return poor quality goods.

Looks good but not going to last
I have bought the whole kit and an entire new bathroom. It looks great BUT am very disappointed with the sink unit. The design of the sink ensures any drips run right under and into the unit below. The unit is obviously not going to last !
