Fits the planter perfectly and sits stable.
I got this with the planters (three of each) and they sit perfectly on the fence to hold 2 plants with room for watering and growth. Would definitely buy again for this purpose.

Rusty when sold as New!
Every one of these on the shelf were rusty and obviously subject to very poor finishing. Or, had been on the shelf for years or both? II tried to negotiate a reduction at the till and the young lad reluctantly offered a measly reduction. I reluctantly accepted as I needed one right away but I had to rust treat it and paint it before use!
