This Verve seed and cutting compost is specially tested and formulated to promote seed germination and rooting cuttings.
- For germinating seeds and rooting cuttings
- Composition - 100% coir, wood fibre, sand, vermiculite, plant fibre
- Before opening the bag, loosen compacted compost. Before use, make sure the contents are well mixed. Take care when watering and avoid waterlogging. Check a few centimeters below the surface of the compost, if it is moist no watering is required. For smaller pots, the weight of the pot is a good indicator of its moisture content. For best results use a liquid feed to maximise flowering and fruiting. When using fertilisers follow the recommended dosing instructions.

Not suitable
It is not a seed sowing compost. Way to corse for seed sowing, I had to sieve it all resulting with only half of the amount being suitable for seeds. Not recommended!

Very pleased with this seed compost
I bought this because I was unable to find JI seed & cuttings compost in my local provider. I have been favorably impressed so far. The texture is lovely and it seems to hold the moisture. My seedlings are germinating well so I'm assuming it is doing the job. I would certainly use this again. It was good value for money too.
