Poor quality
Good for the first few mo this then hose struggles to rewind in and then then handle brakes. Avoid

Only 50% flow; Broken hoseplacer
Because of the size of the hose inlet only about 50% of the potential water gets into this and out at the other end so eg sprinkler output is pathetic . Also now the the holder that neatly arranged for the hose to to laid evenly across the drum is broken. Pretty useless at the beginning now totally useless

Good until wall hinge broke
Good length hose and attractive but wall hinge snapped. Weak plastic.

Fixings
Fixings are absolutely horrendous! Wish I had read the reviews before I bought it. Honestly don't even bother using these screws and wall plugs get your own. No idea how the hose works. Haven't got round to using it yet

Poor due to pressure loss
Generally OK but their was a significant pressure reduction somewhere in the reel - no kink in the hose as same when fully unwound. Returned for a replacement but although a little better I could not run my sprinkler due to the pressure loss so returned this for refund

Support pas tout adapté
Support pas du tout adapté au bout de 1 ans avec la chaleur et le poids du dévidoir le support se déforme et est prêt à casser 😡

Great hose reel for the first year
Great product for the first year then the traverse decided to stop moving side to side properly causing the hose to bunch up and get stuck when unwinding, I would not buy again, invest in a better quality one

Awful fixings
Unfortunately the fixings supplied are useless. If you follow the instructions correctly, the raw plug spin and seem too small for the screws. This has been mentioned before - so why not change them? If you buy this, buy some strong raw plugs and screws. Shame.
