Lance point is flimsy and instructions are useless
Wish I'd researched this more but I was under a time crunch. The main body of the pump is really well made and the vacuum created is pretty powerful, allowing for lots of sprays. But the attachment connections at the end are just push on, meaning they drop off easily when you're spraying in between plants. The worst part was assembling it as the instruction booklet seemed to have some key pages missing. I tracked it down online, but it was the same there too! Top tip: the thin pill-like white plastic mini filter with holes is crucial for connecting the main house to the lance. I'd also recommend testing it out with plain water before you start mixing in any expensive patio cleaners / weed killers. Good luck!

The assembly instructions were inadequate, just a few diagrams; there was not even a ports list or numbered stages. The connections of the sprayer were flimsy and parted under use.

Naff instructions
I bought item yesterday, brought it home and started to assemble, the instructions were the worst I have ever seen, the only video I could see was one of Screwfix but even this was a disaster. I am not sure what is happening at B&Q, don't they check the merchtdise they buy? They are good with alot of stuff they sell but the last 2 items I bought from them ended in tears. I will start to shop elsewhere.

Not good
I bought this item..thinking it would replace my Hozelock sprayer..but found it very difficult to assemble, and when it was assembled the spraying angles were not good at all...so sent it back and got a refund...

Surprisingly good when assembled
Haven't seen worse assembly instructions. Had to take apart and begin again several times because the diagram was so poor. Used it today and with a change of nozzle which came with the kit I found it really effective. I would give it 1 for assembly and 5 stars for actual use, so a mid score of 3.
