No good for Porcelain
No good for porcelain. Chipping a large chunk out just underneath breaker bar as someone else has also said. Going to have to buy a wet cutter. It's probably okay on ceramic but shouldn't be advertised for Porcelain when it's not capable.

Done the job perfectly
Great tool, great job, only issue was when I looked it up in bq it said order online only, which I done but as I went round store I found 3 of the same on shelf and other makes for cheaper... if only website had shown these.

Ok out the box
Disappointing. Out of the box it was reliable on 10mm porcelain. Perhaps better than a Rubi I hired. But now after a dozen tiles its awful. Tiles score and then don’t break straight. There is so much flex in the frame. It’s still scoring and breaking ceramic metro tiles fine, but a complete waste of money and time on porcelain . Ironically it’s probably cost me more on broken tiles than the cutter cost.

Doesn't work for me.
I bought this tile cutter for the bigger tiles. At first it seemed great, with the occasional mishap whilst snapping. Now 95% off the time it doesn't snap the tile as it should. When pushing down on the handle the tile snaps but also takes a chunk out of the tile just under the breaking bar. I put a new cutting wheel in but it's just the same. It is now really getting on my nerves as I have to go out and buy another cutter. 😡. Won't be getting another one of these.

Best tile cutter I've had
Used on 600 x 300 wall and floor tiles. 99% success on cuts, only occasionally did it go wrong

Great product
I bought this in the off chance it would cut more than its stated 13mm, so it didn't owe me anything. However it manages to reliably snap 20mm thick outdoor tiles, so I'm happy! It requires 1 good score and then standing on either side of the tile, of course the handle can't apply sufficient pressure but standing works fine.
