- Instructions for Use - Dig tip of metal scraper into the grout/silicone and pull back until all discoloured grout/silicone is removed. Brush away debris. Apply fresh grout/silicone and use one of the profiling tools to achieve the desired finish. For grout lines 2mm in width and over 8 profiles for different finishes. Also suitable for use with fillers.

Vitrex grout and silicone remover, finishing kit
Bought a couple of weeks ago and only used a few days ago. It’s taken me 4 gos to find this product on their website as I bought it in Leatherhead store for silicone removal due to the other bits it offers in pack for what I thought quality and value for money. You can’t find it under its name , I was only able to find through safari on my phone to find it’s only listed on their page in their section grout remover. Now I know why….NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE FOR REMOVING SILICONE it has scratched my bath . So do not buy at all costs. Wouldn’t of given any stars but no option to ILL BE TAKING IT UP WITH STORE AND HEADOFFICE. And yes have now learnt to read reviews first, but didn’t think as a trusted company and a store I’ve visited many many times…… I do not know why b and q are still selling this product.

Buy something else
Grout is by far wyyyyyyyyyptttytityyuypyy to remove. This doest help. Stanley, Chisel, determination and boredom works better

Could be better
Worked ok but the scraper could be better. Feels a bit cheap.

This product didn’t work well.
The removal tool wasn’t able to get in & remove the old grout. This was a pain as I’d already prepped. I used a razor instead. The one positive was that the profile worked quite well, but as a package it was substandard.

Waste of money
Doesnt work well on silicone. Chips tiles when removing grout
