- Instructions for Use - Install appropriate grout remover tip with the hexagonal key. Plug in Grout Out™ tool. Adjust dial to correct removal depth: 1 for shallow, thin grouting; 5 for deeper, thicker lines. Hold tool at an angle similar to a pen, DO NOT USE EXCESS FORCE as applying pressure to the tip will reduce the effectiveness of the tool. Guide tip over grout line while staying parallel to the line.

Shame about the lack of replacement tips
Bought this and it works really well, but the tips wear out quickly and replacement ones are extortionately priced. Such a shame.

Waste of money
Bought this to remove grout in my shower because it was taking to long by hand. What an absolute mistake that was. It would barely scratch the grout, was extremely loud and would get incredibly hot after less than 2 minutes of use.

Not fit for purpose, absolutely rubbish
What a waste of money. All this thing does is make an ear defining racket and vibrates in your hand, doesn't move grout at all. I've watched the video thinking I was doing it wrong, but no, you'd get further with a cocktail stick ! Taking it back to ask for a refund. Can't remember ever buying anything as useless as this ! Need negative stars for this

A lot of money for very little
If you really are desperate for something to keep you occupied then I totally recommend this. If you just want to remove grout as quickly and easily as possible, I'd say buy a paint scraper and rubber mallet instead. If you want to warm your hands up on a cold winters day, I thoroughly recommend the Grout Out, it gets pretty hot after a while.

Waste of money
Bought this thinking it would make removing grout that bit easier how wrong could I be, noisy, over heats and the vibration is terrible, none of which helps remove the grout unfortunately.
