This bit became blunt in seconds

I chose this kind of bit in the belief it would cope with a porcelain tile. It could not. The bit became blunt within the first two millimetres of the first hole and was rendered useless. I bought a different brand of a similar type that does need water, did some YouTubing and altered my technique which succeeded on the remaining drilling tasks. Whilst an altered technique might possibly have improved the outcome with this brand of bit, my experience indicates that at best it lacks suitable instructions for the DIYer and / or it is a poor quality tool.
