This product is great
I am so glad B&Q asked me to review this item. Unbelievable, life-changing grey laminate and/or timber floor sealant. I have finally found the grey laminate and/or timber floor sealant of my dreams. It’s grey and fills the gap as sealant should.

Useless
Bought this product for my builders to seal the gap between my new laminate floors and pre-finished skirting boards. Can only assume the tube they used had ‘gone off’ in some way - as the product inside was almost liquid and even after two days (in scorching weather!! ) the product had not set. However, it looked so awful we were glad of that because we just scraped it off! Would not recommend! Bought 3 tubes and returned 2

Watery
The consistency was too soft and watery to get a smooth even line, needs a bit of body to it. I have been using silicone and acrylic sealants since it was invented, all in all didn't like it.

Good product
All in áll a very good product. Really nice color, in my opinion a little bit darker than it should be. Easy to work with and easy to clean up.

Great but not so great
Brought to seal floor boards before sanding and varnish to seal gaps between boards (prevent water propping though with young children) great product but doesn’t go far at all! Colour matched boards well too!

Not 'cement' grey - much darker
'Cement' is usually a lighter to a mid grey, this silicone is much, much darker. It's closer to Farrow and Ball's 'moles breath' than cement grey. Impossible to tell the colour from the outside of package, otherwise would not have bought it for my new floor (Portland Cement vinyl by Polyflor). Goes on well, nice consistency and easy to use but terrible colour. Wasted money.
