Volden General purpose concrete is a premix of cement, sand and aggregate often used for paths, drives, foundations and general concrete work. Comes with 2 x 5kg bags to allow you to mix for multiple jobs on different days

• The area to be worked should be free from oil, grease and loose material. Do not use at temperatures below 5°C or above 30°C without taking precautions to ensure that new work is protected from freezing or drying-out. NOTE: This product is pre-blended and requires no further mixing before adding water. 1) Open bucket, removing dry Volden General Purpose Concrete mix bag(s). Dependent on required volume of concrete, fill plastic tub with clean water to required level using internal water mark indicators. NOTE: Refer to mix ratio table for details on expected consumption. 2) Empty contents of bag and mix thoroughly until the desired consistency is achieved. 3) If mixing in the tub, add 0.5 litres of clean water per 5 kg bag of concrete. For smaller quantities, mix 12 parts dry concrete mix with 1 part clean water. Always mix thoroughly. 4) Clean the area to which the product will be applied. Once mixed evenly, place the concrete into the area and compact. Finish with brush, trowel or float. 5)Volden General Purpose Concrete should be used within 30 minutes of adding water. Concrete should be fully compacted before finishing. Newly finished concrete should be protected from drying out by covering with polythene sheeting or wet hessian (sacking) for a minimum of 7 days. The final strength and finish of this product will depend on the user having the required skills and familiarity with the product and its application methods. 6) Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use, before the material has set.

Immediately call a doctor/physician. Wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray. IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Call a doctor/physician if you feel unwell.
