Does the job
What it says on the box!! Tried to do it without tool very time consuming and messy, tool helped undo my poor effort quickly and was able to make the job look like it had been done professionally, love the different smoothing tool sizes as able to use to your own individual needs, would definitely recommend especially for the newbie DIYer like myself!

Get a metal one!
Useless for removing old, hardened grout! Get a professional metal one if that's what you need it for! Haven't tried using it for grouting yet so that might be fine
