Product information

- Guarantee - Statutory
- Resistant to chemicals & frost. Weatherproof
- Adjacent surfaces that may be damaged during the rendering application should be suitably protected. Substrates must be clean and free of gypsum, paint, other coatings, organic growth, salts and efflorescence. The substrate should be level and plumb to allow a uniform thickness of render to be applied. Recommended ambient application temperature is 5°C to 25°C 1) Remove existing loose or damaged render with a hammer and chisel. 2) Brush the surface to remove any loose material and vacuum the area to remove any dust. 3) Prior to application, surfaces should be roughened and thoroughly dampened with clean water. Ensure any pooled surface water is removed. 4) Open the bucket, remove internal bag. Fill bucket bucket to the desired volume with clean water. Approximately 0.8-1 litres of water are required per 5kg. Mix thoroughly. 5) When the mix is stiff enough to remain on your trowel when it's turned upside-down, you are ready to render. The working life is approximately 30 minutes after mixing at 20°C (dependent on ambient conditions). 6) You can reduce waste by saving any unused product. Just fill the tub with water and submerge the remaining product and replace the lid firmly. If stored in the recommended conditions, the product should keep soft and useable for up to a month. 7) Cure times are dependent on temperature and humidity, but as a guide the product can accept foot traffic 12 hours from installation. Please note that cold temperatures and wet weather can delay the curing time significantly. 8) Protect compound from inclement weather conditions and direct sunlight until cured. In warm weather, apply a fine spray of clean water to prevent the repair from drying out too quickly. 9) Clean tools and equipment with warm soapy water immediately after use. 10) Fully cured after approximately 7 days at 20°C (depending on mortar thickness and drying conditions). Once cured, the surface is paintable.

Impressed with it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used a little on brick in our garden to fill in a hole that's appeared, its worked really well, I'll apply more later, it seemed to dry very quick although I'll find out when the snow clears. There's plenty in the tub to use again if they snow has caused it to need redone, im impressed so far.

durable and versatile solution
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The plaster is very durable once cured, showing good resistance to cracking and weathering. It bonds well to a variety of surfaces, making it suitable for exterior walls and harsh environments. However, consistent surface preparation is essential to ensure its durability. The component is easy to use, requiring only mixing with water to achieve the desired consistency. It is applied smoothly, whether using a trowel or other tools, and is suitable for both vertical and horizontal surfaces. The texture is smooth and consistent, allowing for an even coating that is ready for painting after curing. Drying times may be longer than expected, especially in damp or cold conditions. While it dries to the touch in a few hours, it may take up to 24 hours or more to fully cure, depending on thickness and environmental factors. The 5kg tub provides adequate coverage for small repairs but may not be economical for larger projects. Coverage will vary depending on the depth and extent of the repair. One tub is sufficient for patchwork or surface touch-ups, but multiple tubs may be required for extensive jobs.
