Utter garbage
As several other reviews have said, the screws supplied are far too big for the holes they're supposed to fit. It would be possible to drill them out, but to be honest the whole thing feels cheap and flimsy anyway, so I'll be returning it. Spend a few extra quid and get product that's fir for purpose.

Deserves zero stars
Like others have said, this item is faulty. The screws supplied don’t fit. But it’s more than that, the screws do fit in another spot but the alignment is wrong

Cheap and nasty
Had a perfectly good hose so was looking for reel holder only.. should of known better. For such a low price what was I thinking..put it together.. before I even wound hose on I knew it wouldn't last a few days. Cheap wobbly plastic..

Good robust hose holder.
We purchased this as our old hose reel holder had finally cracked in the heat if summer. This is a good price for an essential item and has fulfilled ots purpose

Has a major, critical design flaw.
Just had this delivered and, apart from the fact that the screws don't fit (as described in previous reviews), there is a major design flaw rendering the whole thing useless, namely that the water output on the side of the reel spins with the winding wheel, meaning your hose twists - a wholly useless product that should be withdrawn from sale immediately.

Hose reel
Bought this relatively easy to put together.Came with 4 screws that don't fit so just falls apart.

Screws wrong size
So far, the parts click together well but now I've got to the stage where I need to put the screws in, they're too wide for the pre-drilled holes. I'll now have to drill the metal holes wider in order to make this work. No idea how this will actually function once it's put together completely - hopefully worth the trouble. I've taken it apart & inserted the screw as far as it'll go for the purpose of the photo below.
