Don't buy
Awful product. Doesn't spread properly. Please don't buy. I had a bag of Westland moss killer which was the right size for the whole lawn. I used the recommended setting and went over it twice but still had over half a bag left. In the end, I had to get a yoghurt pot and spread it by hand. I keep meaning to email Westland and ask why they've produced a product which isn't fit for purpose.

Dsappointed
Self assembly straightforward but disappointed with the setting of the grain size mechanism, this led to an uneven distribution of the ‘weed and feed’ to the front lawn. On first use one of the wheel fell off and had to be refitted. Now check on fixings on every use.

Junk
Really is an appalling spreader. Try turning it off at the row ends no chance. Try getting an even application again no chance. I am left with very uneven growth. My advice is steer well clear.

Waste of money
I bought it 3 hours ago and the feeding arm snaped already.

Awful and waste of time and money
Lasted less than 10 minutes. Managed to spread some grass seed, tried some fertilizer and wheels buckled after a couple of turns. Will be going back for a refund.

Quality very poor
Bought this on impulse while in B&Q. Tried it this afternoon and it's hopeless. Either it spreads too much product or nothing comes through at all, the spread adjustment is such poor quality it doesn't really work. wish I could return it. Perhaps I'll try.

Average seed spreader
Bought this to fertilize front and rear lawn, quite flimsy build quality but for the price to be expected. Easy to use and assemble. Did the job intended for, i would look and something of greater quality if tackling a large project.

POOR QUALITY/TOOL
Easy to put together but poor idea. The lever you control the amount of seed flow with is far to small. You have to bend down to turn off as you come to the end of a row. The lever needs to be as long as the handle. Left wheel kept falling off.

Poor Quality
As with some other reviews, the spreader setting is flimsy and pops open (from the closed position) and one of the wheels fell off twice in the time I used it. I had a similar design from Evergreen that was much sturdier and better. Bought this a few days ago, tried using it yesterday for the first time and it is rubbish. I'll have burn marks on my lawn from it spilling grass feed. Returning it to B&Q tonight.
