Shelfing
It's good enough for shelving but the laminate is too thin and chips really easy

Surface difference
the board outer surface has a slight grainy feel and is not perfectly smooth, however i think its fine and gives the product a high end look

Choose in store & check it VERY carefully
Furniture board/conti board/laminated chipboard, call it what you will, it is very versatile. BUT… Unless you go to the store and pick out your own, you will inevitably not receive a pristine board for your project. Even in store, for whatever reason, you have to choose wisely as many are either scratched or chipped and most are dirty. And the best part about picking up in person is the cutting service. That’s if the cutting station is open. First 5 cuts are on B&Q

Poor quality veneer
Veneer is poor quality so it was difficult to achieve a decent cut without noticeable chipping even with saw blades and other methods (such as masking tape) that work well with other veneered chipboards.

check your measurements
Wanted to build a 2 metre high cupboard and drew up the plans accordingly. As I prepared to mark out and cut I found that the sheets are 1997 long not 2 meters. Surprise surprise the label says all measurements are approximate.

White Furniture Board
I used this item to build a desk and a storage unit for my grandson's bedroom. Reasonably priced at my local store and delivered within 2 days. Much better than going to a timber merchant. You just cant beat BQ.
