Good product but arrived damaged and scratched
I ordered this radiator (£389). Plumber fitted pipes etc and when he lifted radiator to hang it on wall and connect to pipes, the front of it was all damaged. One bar had a large gouge in it, another was completedly warped all the way down and there were several large scratches on the bars. I contacted B&Q and the operator was a bit of a jobsworth, saying he didnt know if it could be changed because we had hung it etc. Eventually they agreed to change it. Still waiting for replacement. However, it looks stylish and gives a lot of heat out. Just feel strongly that items should be checked for damage before dispatch.

looks cool
Lovely product, looks even better now it is on the wall and working. Early days for it being in use but first impressions are that it is going to give out lots of heat! Only down side would be that I wish that there was a valve supplied or recommended on purchase. My plumber (lovely as he is) only had a standard white valve which doesn't really suit the style!
