Total rubbish
Bought two of these for a client of mine. Both had to go back due to damage leaving us unable to complete installation! Second lot arrived which I opened straight away to check for damage all seemed ok . Went back to finish off installation only to have a weld pop when they started heating up leaving the middle rail bulging out!! Still waiting for a new one Come on B&Q do the right thing and get this sorted it’s embarrassing

amazing radiator
Bought this item a couple of weeks ago. It looks totally amazing and throws out more than enough heat. Easy to install too

After mounting the radiator on the wall and having drained my heating system i then proceeded to connect the inlet and outlet pipes only to find that the threads on one of the the radiator connections had not been machined properly and would not accept the coupling connector.At this point rather than go to all the inconvenience and delay involved in returning and hopefully getting a replacement radiator I proceeded to clean up the threads using a thread cutting tap borrowed from a plumber friend and was then able to successfully complete the installation. The radiator other than the aforementioned point is excellent and would have been very deserving of 5 stars. In conclusion I can only state that your quality control operation would appear to be a little suspect.

Great feature
Bought this radiator for the kitchen dining room to replace a standard double what was already in with a bit of concern wether it would give enough heat out. No need to worry it does the job perfectly as well as looking modern and chic. Easy to fit but your better doing your own measurements as the instructions are slightly hard to follow.

Great rad shame about the instructions
This rad arrived quickly in perfect condition due to a well organised system and great boxing ,lovely grey finish ,just the job . I fitted it but have to say the instructions weren't the most straight forward so the only minus in my opinion

Nice rad, but
Nice rad, but weird positioning of feed / return connections? Normally vertical tall rads have connections centralised and at the bottom. This one has connections on the bottom but horizontally on the side.

Lovely modern looking radiator
We are very pleased with this radiator. Unfortunately we had to get them replaced as one of the outside front panels was not soldered correctly meaning it was out of line with the others (not flush). We had to return two like this which was a real pain as they will not collect the faulty product when delivering the new one so we had to have someone at home for delivery & then collection

Excellent rad but awkward to fit
Stylish rad which kicks off a good heat. Having read previous reviews on this product (different size) I agree this is a little awkward to mount to wall. I used the cardboard box it came in to make a template for the mounting brackets. It's a bit easier to push a screw through a piece of cardboard than reposition a wall bolt by 4mm!
