Radiator
I bought this a month ago. It looks great but has 3 minor defects that I realise they were there only after I had it fitted. It looks like they come from when it was painted in the factory.

Paint blisters
I bought 2 of these around 6 years ago and was happy at first. Both radiators now have blistered paint work and it has ruined the look, they are advertised as having a ten year garentee so I thought I'd be covered but upon investigation I was informed that the ten years was only in force from 2013, we only had five years and as such now have to foot the expense of replacements. Disappointed.

Concerns over adhesion of mirror
I bought this radiator but when it arrived it had detached from the glue that was sticking it to the radiator in transit. This concerned me as it was going to be installed in my daughters room and I thought that if I replaced it with a new one it may happen again after it was fixed and may fall to the floor and shatter. I passed my concerns to the b& q helpline who were very helpful and allowed me to change it for one without without charge.so poor radiator but great back up service (5star)

Looks fantastic!
Fantastic radiator. Although glass wasn't attached properly and had to be reinforced by plumbers. Also when delivered box was battered and not well looked after. More attention to deliveries please

Stylish
Stylish radiator purchased for small hallway. Pleased with the look. Fitted by qualified plumber who said that the radiator part which fitted to the wall brackets was slightly out of alignment and possibly this had occured when the product had been welded at the point of manufacture. This may be worth noting if fitting a radiator yourself.

nice looking
nice looking radiator, created a nice feature but beware, instructions for fitting brackets are rubbish, took a lot of recalculating before getting it right.

Better than expected
Not only does this radiator look great it also give out loads of heat. Easy to keep clean, I just use warm soapy water.
