Poor manufacture, unsuitable material
Tried to change latch from left hand to right hand, but screw was too tight, screw made of soft metal so screwdriver deformed slot in screw head, making whole lock un usable for my door.

Lock for the shed
Bought this lock for a shed door. Does the job fine and was easy to fit after a bit of adjustment to the door frame. Very simple key shape so if looking for security you might want to consider a different lock.

Replacement lock
I bought this lock to replace an old lock on a bedroom door. This lock was very similar to the original lock and fits the look of the door.

Perfect for us

Fit for purpose as described for limited security.
This was a direct replacement for a well used and worn lock. Easily fitted. The reversible catch ability was sadly missing from the B&Q description. However the item provides this, if needed ability. To perform this task the product does not require dismantling. A screw being provided for the purpose upon the brass catch and accessible from the rear.
