This brass effect night latch is ideal for securing both left and right handed, inward opening doors. Recommended for use in conjunction with another lock, such as a deadlock or Euro cylinder.

Replaced like for like, this one is a bit sticky. Maybe needs some oil. Maybe just needs some time.

Good lock but plastic snib
Looks like the snib fails if in constant use and it is only made from a plastic moulding.

Perfect
Really pleased with it. Got this one to replace the lock untill getting a new door. Really easy to fit , would have loved for it to came with some longer screws to fit into the door frame but over all i would really reccommend it

Good value lock
I bought this to replace a lock that did not work properly. This was easy to instal and good value for money. I would have given it five stars if it had a small handle on it to help you close the door like many locks do.

Seems well constructed, easy enough to install, does the job it's designed for. Yale have quite useful online support too.

poor build quality
steer clear of any lock with plastic snib ive had 2 of these locks in 4 years had problems with both snibs breaking off ended up changing to a different lock rubbish for price
