Nice product, shame about the instructions
Absolute nightmare to fit! Has multiple screw position options, which is good as it means it will fit almost any door. However, it means that you have to assemble all of the parts yourself, which wouldn't be so bad if the instructions weren't so utterly incomprehensible!

Very poor instructions
The handle itself looks good and has a nice quality feel. However, fitting the thing is a right pain due to the very poor instructions. I had to take it off and rearrange the components several times before I finally got it fitted correctly

Great handle
I’m glad I changed my mind as I was going to buy the essential one because it was cheaper. This handle look very sturdy, good quality and smart. I don’t mind paying little bit more if the product looks better quality. It looks great on my door once I fitted it. I would say quite easy installation (I don’t have the greatest DIY’s skills). I found absolutely useful watching the video on YouTube rather than follow the instructions on the pack. I will definitely buy another one to replace the one on my back door

NOT A LASTING PRODUCT
Bought this a while ago and was impressed by quality and finish, and the fact that it was a Yale brand product. It now has bubbling chrome and a rusty mark coming from inside the outside handle. Yale are not interested as they only give a 2 years guarantee. If you wish a product to last longer they give 10 years on kitemarked products. Very disappointed as obviously not built to last, and now having to buy a replacement.
