Double Glazed window handle replacement
I am very happy with this purchase was pretty hesitant at first but this item fit the window that it was intended for with no issues looks no different to the rest. I am very happy with the purchase and would buy again.

Poor Quality
Yale is clearly not the reputable brand it used to be. I replaced all of my handles with these, less than 18 months ago, and soon afterwards those that are used regularly started to become very loose. Now one of them has failed in that it remains locked even when the button is unlocked. Others have had the same issue, which is due to the locking pin not being released when the button is depressed. It is a flimsy plastic affair that is poorly designed, and I expect others to fail as well. As they do, I shall be replacing them with higher quality hardware. If you only want to do the job once, I would advise steering clear of these handles.

Well made and strong
This item is well made and strong and locks easily as I have arthritis so I would highly recommend this item from B&Q

Good enough...
These window locks are good enough for our requirements. I were lucky enough to get a set of four for a decent price. They were sniff to move and open but after applying WD40, they moved much smoothly. I would have purchased the metal version but it would look out of place to the existing windows.

Not very impressed poor quality.
The locking is plastic and not very robust.It broke the first time it was used. I shall be returning the goods for a refund.
