Great Replacement Lock
Bought as a replacement for a warn out and broken lock. As hoped it was a direct replacement that slotted into place with only minor adjustments for the screw holes. Seems to be good quality.

3 Lever sash lock
Straight forward to install - slightly larger than product that was to be replaced but chisel sorted for easy fit - no issues after installation - enclosed instructions adequate for those not fitted a replacement lock in the past

different keys to your B&Q picture.
the lock I bought has a three pronged key that is sloppy in the lock and if left in often falls out.not a snug fit but just about does the job.

Smooth as silk
Bought as a replacement for a worn lock that the key had broken inside. I found it easy to fit as all the cut outs were made. The lock has a beautiful smooth and silent action and you have to check if it has actually locked as you cant feel it through the key.

I bought this lock a month or so ago to replace my daughters lock on the back door which she had lost the keys to just took out old lock and replaced it with.the new one which fitted lovely and door is secure with the confidence of Yale security

A decent lock
Nice replacement lock, well made and easy to fit. However I only discovered that it could be fairly easily adjusted to fit an alternative opening door afte I'd returned it and exchanged it for a ready to fit one, so perhaps more info on the packaging would be an improvement.
