Stiff but fits and works
Fits in the door without any alterations. Very stiff even after WD 40ing. Won't close on its own you have to turn it back up.

Easy like for like swap
Sticking door fixed at last, visitors had been getting stuck in the bathroom because the latch was worn and not retracting fully, easy fix, should have done it long ago.

We ordered 3 products, a door the lock and a chisel, we cannot believe it came by 3 different carriers, when ordered we thought it would come altogether on one van .

Yale is the best
We much prefer using these Yale ones to own brand we've tried before. The Yale feels a lot more solid, and more robust, which is good in our internal doors. You get what you pay for with a long-standing top brand.
